Coaching
Pat Bragg, Vice-President of United Front Ministries, is a seasoned lay-leader and certified Natural Church Development Consultant. He serves as Head Coach for Project 6:15 and Project 2:47. Specialized coaching is available in both the Cluster Track and the Intensive Track of Project 6:15. Coaching is also an integral element of Project 2:47. The cost for this project coaching is built into the overall project costs. Coaching is also available to individual pastors or church leadership teams in a one-on-one format. Cost for this ministry is determined on an individual basis.

Coaching Goals:

To develop effective church leaders
To center church leaders on true biblical purpose
To focus church leaders on the community’s lost

Two Dimensions of Leadership:

Spiritual Leadership – God’s leader in the home and in the church.

Steps in the Coaching Process:

1. Establish a coaching agenda in concert with COACHWORKS!
2. Hold leaders accountable.
3. Reinforce training.
4. Affirm and encourage.
5. Serve as the “third party” interventionist.
6. Balance Directive Coaching and Supportive Coaching.
7. Guide the establishment of a healthy, multiplication culture in the church.

Coaches Training: United Front also trains field coaches for the multiplication of United Front’s ministry within regional and national church organizations.
